1 · Vote
Any vote puts New Orleans in line, and more votes move it up. You can vote once a day. Signed-in votes count 3×, or 5× with Discord linked.
2 · Build
Places with votes are built before the map grows on its own, most-voted first. A town far from the map starts with its downtown.
3 · Explore
Once it’s built, New Orleans gets its own page and anyone can walk, drive and fly through it.
